2× part-time roles | Remote | Overlap with US time zones

We’re looking for support in design and content management for a fast-growing B2B GTM media brand on:

→ LinkedIn (76K followers)

→ Substack (newsletter) (26K subscribers)

We are based in the EU and work mostly with US clients, so most collaboration happens in the afternoon EU time. We stay flexible and adapt to the team’s availability as much as possible.

🎨 Design (part-time, contract)

What you’ll do:

• Research LinkedIn design trends and build moodboards
• Create graphics for LinkedIn and Substack
• Occasionally edit short videos
• Design consulting materials in Miro and Google Docs
• Help evolve an established brand as LinkedIn design trends change

Weekly workload: approx. 4–10 graphics.

A design system already exists. We actively use AI — but we believe strong design and brand are real competitive advantages.

You should have:

• Experience with social media graphics (LinkedIn infographics focus)
• Experience with Figma - this is where our design system is set
• Bonus: video editing
• Bonus: Basic Framer web design
